Electronic Discovery in Divorces and Family Law Litigation
On July 12, 2009, Tim has been invited to present at the Annual Convention of the American Association for Justice in San Francisco with computer forensics expert Aaron Hughes of Vidoc Razor, LLC, a Texas based investigation firm, on the use of technology and electronic evidence in Family Law cases.  Tim has lectured on this topic frequently:
