According to a survey conducted by the online divorce form preparation site CompleteCase.com, divorcing couples in Rhode Island have one of the highest chances of maintaining an amicable relationship after their separation. The survey asked divorcing spouses in all 50 states to describe their divorce as amicable, cordial, or disagreeable. The results of the survey indicate that Rhode Island and Vermont have the best divorces in the nation, while the Connecticut and New Hampshire have the highest proportion of contentious divorces.
